Who We Are

Nicely Gardens is owned and operated by Bob Hays, a professional organic gardener with a background in produce, nut cookery and cheese-making; and Mandy Merritt, certified food manager, professional caterer and gourmet cook for over 15 years.

We, at Nicely Gardens, are committed to food safety and purity for our customers. We use ingredients that are produced as locally as possible, most of which are grown in the southeastern United States. Our goal is to ultimately grow, process, and market only all-organic food products.
